Join our team as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) dedicated to transforming lives through behavior intervention and support. Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop personalized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Implement, supervise, and monitor BIPs across various settings, including clinic, home, and telehealth. Train and collaborate with staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care. Maintain detailed records and stay current with ABA research and best practices. Qualifications include BCBA certification, a master's in related fields, experience with assessments, and strong communication skills. Requirements involve willingness to obtain Tennessee LBA, reliable transportation, and physical ability to perform job duties.
