Job Description Job Description Job Title: Lab Resource Coordinator / Lab Operations Support (Contingent) Location: Waltham, MA ? Cambridge, MA Contract: 1–3 months (potential for conversion) Schedule: M–F, 8-hour shifts (must be available between 7:00am–5:00pm); possible weekday and Saturday OT Pay rate: $28/hr We’re looking for a Lab Resource Coordinator to support lab operations during a facility transition. This role focuses on inventory management, lab decommissioning, equipment coordination, and day-to-day lab support . Strong customer service skills, basic lab experience, and proficiency in Excel are essential. Key Responsibilities: Assist with inventory counting, tracking, and movement Support lab decommissioning and relocation prep Perform glass washing and general lab support Organize and maintain cold storage (fridges, freezers, cryo units) Track equipment maintenance and facility work orders Support safety compliance and training of new staff Maintain common lab areas and coordinate lab supplies Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s in science preferred 1–2 years lab experience preferred (academic experience accepted) Strong Microsoft Word & Excel skills Excellent communication and customer service Able to lift 40 lbs and work independently COVID-19 vaccination required ?LI-DN1
