& Speaker Recruit ment Manager to join our growing organization and

your work. In this role, reporting to the Commercial Leader , you
will be able to take pride in contributing directly to our
organization’s growth , the success of our clients, and putting
your own stamp on our sales and business growth initiatives. Our
Event Attendee & Speaker Recruitment Manager will identify,
recruit, and manage senior manufacturing executives who will attend
and /or speak at LNS Research Events . You will : Be a core member
of the Sales Team Work closely with the different functional
leaders at LNS Research Primary Responsibilities B uild and
maintain a healthy pipeline of potential executive speakers and
attendees from large manufacturing companies with defined stage
conversion rates I dentify prospects through multiple channels and
monitor the manufacturing landscape for emerging leaders and
potential speakers Evaluate potential speakers based on seniority,
credibility, relevance to LNS Research themes, and value to the
audience Ensure speakers are well prepared and supported leading up
to the event and have a positive experience before and after the
event Stay engaged with LNS Research partner communities and
industry networks such as Women in Manufacturing, CESMII, ASQ,
Manufacturing Leadership Council, The World’s Most Productive
Companies, and LNS Research’s The COO Council Create outreach
content, email sequences, and LinkedIn messaging independently to
recruit speakers and attendees Build and maintain a professional
LinkedIn presence that represents LNS credibly in the industrial
community Develop and engage the LNS industrial community through
consistent networking and relationship development Convert speaker
and attendee relationships into COO Council memberships and
end-user advisory clients over time Leverage AI tools and
automation to streamline speaker and attendee sourcing, outreach
sequencing, and pipeline management Meet quarterly speaker
recruitment targets across LNS flagship events Drive attendee
registration targets for each event, with a focus on senior
manufacturing and operations executives Track and report on
outreach activity metrics including response rates, conversion
rates, and time-to-confirm Key Competencies Comfortable reaching
out to and speaking with senior executives Strong written and
verbal communication and relationship-building skills Organized and
able to manage multiple prospects at different stages Self-directed
and able to work independently Ability to manage two major events
at the same time (recruiting efforts cross over timelines)
Persistent and proactive with outreach and follow-up Active user of
LinkedIn for research and networking Experience using AI tools for
prospecting, content creation, and workflow automation Familiarity
with tracking progress in a CRM system Professional presence when
representing LNS Research with industry leaders Established
professional network or LinkedIn presence in the
industrial/manufacturing space Consultative communication skills
with senior operations and supply chain executives Education and
Experience 4-6 years of executive recruiting, conference/event
speaker recruitment, or headhunting Bachelor’s degree required,
advanced degree preferred E xperience in e nterprise business
development or advisory services Demonstrated ability to hold
credible conversations with senior operations and supply chain
leaders Experience in manufacturing or industrial technology sector
Existing relationships in manufacturing leadership networks
