Hustle. The Role The Business Development Representative is the
engine of our sales organization. In this role, you arent just
"making calls"you are the first point of contact for business
owners looking to grow their revenue. You are responsible for
identifying high-potential partners, qualifying their business
needs, and initiating the relationships that fuel our long-term
growth. This is a high-visibility position that requires a unique
blend of professional persistence, curiosity, and organizational
discipline. While this role is a proven gateway to senior sales
positions at Redemption Plus, we are looking for individuals who
are committed to mastering the BDR craft and becoming the best in
the industry at opening doors. Core Responsibilities Strategic
Prospecting & Engagement Identify & Research: Use modern sales
tools to map out decision-makers at new and expanding entertainment
venues. Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute a high-volume cadence of
phone calls, personalized emails, and social touches to introduce
our value proposition. Inbound Management: Act as the "concierge"
for incoming inquiries, providing immediate value and ensuring a
professional first impression within 60 minutes. Discovery &
Qualification Consultative Discovery: Lead initial conversations
with GMs and Owners to uncover pain points in their current
merchandising or guest experience strategy. Pipeline Velocity:
Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure qualified
opportunities move seamlessly from first contact to a formal
demonstration. Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends
and competitor movement to position Redemption Plus as the clear
market leader. Operational Excellence CRM Integrity: Maintain
precise, real-time records in Salesforce. You recognize that
high-quality data is the foundation of high-quality sales. Sales
Support: Assist the broader team with quote preparation, trade show
logistics, and new customer onboarding to ensure a "wow" experience
from day one. Who You Are A Professional Communicator: You can
navigate a conversation with a business owner with confidence,
empathy, and clarity. Disciplined & Accountable: You dont need to

handling, negotiation, and business logic. Experienced: You likely
have 12 years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
