Your responsibilities will include:

• Client Management: Managing interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
• Delivery: Managing and delivering components of client engagements, including requirements gathering, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, and training.
• Business Development: Building relationships with decision makers, leading pursuit teams, and contributing to proposal development.
• People Development: Coaching staff, participating in recruitment, and providing leadership for delivery teams.The TeamWith a focus on cloud technology, our team leverages Oracle ERP Cloud to streamline enterprise processes like Financials, Procurement, and Portfolio Management.   • Experience with 2+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.
  • Over 6 years of experience with Oracle SCM modules such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, and others.
  • Proven ability to define system strategies, gather requirements, lead fit-gap analyses, and conduct business process design and testing.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% based on client needs.
  • Bachelor's degree; limited immigration sponsorship may be available.Preferred:
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
    • Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
