TransForce, a premier leader in the CDL staffing and compliance industry, is seeking a dedicated Non-CDL Driver and Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in providing efficient transportation and warehousing solutions without the requirement of a Commercial Driver's License (CDL). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe and timely transport and handling of goods for our respected clients, aligning with TransForce's commitment to safety and efficiency. Safely operate non-commercial vehicles for the transportation of goods. Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicles. Perform warehouse duties, including inventory management and order fulfillment. Complete logs and reports detailing deliveries and vehicle maintenance. Follow routines to effectively handle and transport goods, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Communicate consistently with logistics coordinators to optimize delivery schedules. Safe driving practices Basic maintenance knowledge of non-CDL vehicles Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and hand trucks Professional communication and reporting skills Time management and route planning capabilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state driver’s license Forklift Certification (beneficial but not required)
