the software team in Marlborough, MA is to provide world-class
software for our customers. We are looking to add software
engineers to our development team for a wide array of products

You Will Do Participate in collaborative, integrated product teams,
employ agile software development techniques and resources to
develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions
for aerospace and defense applications Assist and participate in
the requirements, design, development and testing of real-time
embedded software, application software, and tools, to include
development of new work products or enhancement of existing
applications and systems Work collaboratively with Systems and
Integration Test Engineers to analyze, implement and test system
Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a Bachelor’s in
Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a
minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience. Experience in any of
the following, software development, integration, test using C++,
C#, Java or similar software language Ability to obtain and
maintain a U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance
required, note only U.S. Citizen can obtain security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer: Strong problem-solving, teamwork and
communication skills Desire and ability to learn new technologies
and tools Experience working in Agile environment such as Scrum,
Scrum @ Scale, SAFe, Test-Driven Development, DevSecOps Ability to
work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with time-critical
requirements Experience contributing to a team environment for the
purpose of developing creative solutions to difficult technical
problems Experience with integrated development tools such as
Azure, Git, Atlassian Suite, Jenkins, Eclipse, and Ansible
Experience working in a continuous integration/continuous
development pipeline Knowledge of Red Hat and/or Linux Operating
Systems Exposure to Open Systems Architectures and modular design

68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith
estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers
several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited
to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a
candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key
skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including

these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a

performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful
candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay
structure and benefits will apply. RTX anticipates the application
