Global Partners LP, a leading distributor of petroleum and renewable fuels, is seeking a dynamic Manager of Business Intelligence within our Retail division. Positioned at the forefront of our strategic initiatives, this role is essential for leveraging data-driven insights to enhance decision-making and drive business results across our network of terminals and gas stations in the Northeastern U.S. The successful candidate will be adept at transforming vast amounts of data into actionable information, optimizing retail operations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Develop and implement comprehensive business intelligence strategies that support the company's retail operational goals. Manage the BI team, overseeing the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market and operational data. Collaborate with senior management to identify business opportunities and optimize existing processes through data-driven insights. Deliver regular reports and dashboards to key stakeholders, providing actionable intelligence on market trends, operational performance, and customer behavior. Drive the adoption of BI tools and analytics solutions across the organization. Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies. Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Proficient in data warehousing, data modeling, and data mining. Ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
