Management Systems Lead, you will be a key member of Takeda’s
Corporate EHS team, responsible for developing, implementing, and
continuously improving our global EHS Management System. You will
ensure alignment with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, simplify
and standardize processes across our global network, and help drive
risk reduction and strong EHS performance. Working across
functions, regions, and sites, you will shape how Takeda embeds EHS
into day?to?day operations and supports our purpose: “Better Health
for People, Brighter Future for the World.” How you will contribute
Serve as Takeda’s subject matter expert for corporate EHS
management systems, ensuring alignment with ISO 14001, ISO 45001,
and internal requirements. Lead the development, deployment, and
maintenance of EHS management system documents (policies,
standards, procedures) and ensure they are clear, practical, and
easy to implement. Design and manage operating mechanisms that
enable effective implementation, monitoring, and continual
improvement of the EHS Management System using a risk?based
approach. Structure and simplify EHS and technical standards,
define clear roles and accountabilities, and support global
adoption. Lead strategic management system and continuous
improvement projects, using data from incidents, audits, and
environmental performance to identify and close gaps. Develop and
deliver training, tools, and guidance to build EHS management
system capability across global sites. Monitor regulatory and
technology trends and incorporate them into system design and the
long?term EHS transformation roadmap. Prepare and deliver annual
EHS Management Reviews and key communications for senior
leadership, highlighting performance, gaps, and improvement
opportunities. Partner with site EHS, Environmental Sustainability
& Compliance, Digital Systems, Audit and Compliance, and other
internal stakeholders to align standards, integrate audit findings,
and support digital and compliance?related change. Influence and
collaborate effectively in a complex, matrixed, global environment,
engaging leaders and teams to embed compliance and accountability.
What you bring to Takeda Degree in engineering, life sciences, or a
related field. 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical,
biopharmaceutical, CPG, chemical, regulated food/beverage or
similar manufacturing with a high focus on EHS, including at least
5 years in EHS Management System development and deployment at
corporate level in a multinational/matrixed organization.
Experience in Management of Change in a matrixed environment . Deep
knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and proven experience
translating regulatory and technical requirements into practical
policies, standards, and procedures. Demonstrated expertise in EHS
risk management and management system structures, using risk?based
and continuous improvement methodologies. Strong stakeholder
management and influencing skills across a complex, matrixed
organization, including senior leadership. Proven ability to
simplify complex processes into user?friendly solutions and bring
clarity and structure to ambiguous situations. Experienced in
applying Risk based prioritization that focuses improvement to the
most critical areas of Management Systems that drive risk
reduction. Strong analytical, problem?solving, organizational, and
communication skills in English, with proficiency in MS Office and
experience working in a global environment. More about us: At

understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the

practices. For Location: USA - MA - Hayden - 45-55 U.S. Base Salary
Range: $153,600.00 - $241,340.00 The estimated salary range
reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base
salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the
qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years
of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of
education attained, certifications or other professional licenses
held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from
which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary
offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage
requirements for the job location. U.S. based employees may be
eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based
employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision
insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and
long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition
