Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Operating Room (OR) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day shift (8-hour or 10-hour days) Hours per Shift: 40 hours/week with call Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Must have an active state license Certifications: - Active American Heart Association BLS - Active American Heart Association ACLS - Active American Heart Association PALS Must-Have: - Must have circulating experience - Proficient in General, OB, Ortho, ENT, Trauma, Plastics, and Ophthalmology cases Description: This is a day shift Operating Room Registered Nurse position. The schedule includes either 8-hour or 10-hour shifts with on-call responsibilities. Candidates must not reside within 50 miles of the facility. Request time off cannot exceed three days. The patient population includes pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. The facility operates at a Trauma Level III. Experience in scrub nursing is preferred but not required. Previous travel nursing experience is highly preferred. All licenses and certifications must be current at the time of submission. The applicant's permanent address must be included in the submission. Call responsibilities include working every 4th or 5th weekend.
