details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a
skilled Internal Medicine Physician to join our client in
Massachusetts, starting Jun 1, 2026. This role involves managing a
broad spectrum of critical illnesses in a Mixed Medical-Surgical
ICU, with responsibilities including advanced mechanical
ventilation, real-time hemodynamic monitoring, neurocritical care
for acute stroke patients, and high-intensity post-surgical
recovery. Shifts are scheduled from 7 AM to 7 PM. Responsibilities
and Duties Manage a broad spectrum of critical illnesses within a
Mixed Medical-Surgical ICU setting. Provide advanced mechanical
ventilation management for patients experiencing acute respiratory
distress syndrome (ARDS) or respiratory failure. Conduct
continuous, real-time hemodynamic monitoring of cardiac output,
arterial blood pressure, and central venous pressure. Perform
specialized neurocritical care monitoring for acute stroke
patients, supported by the facilitys designation as a Primary
Stroke Service provider. Deliver high-intensity care for patients
recovering from complex vascular, thoracic, or general surgeries.
Additional Information Board Certification in Critical Care
Medicine is required. Experience with Meditech EHR is preferred.
