About the Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Internal Medicine opportunity Office is part of Multispecialty Group so referrals are easy One Physician, One Physician Assistant, One Nurse Practitioner on team Office hours are 8:30-5, Monday-Friday, Saturday 8:30-12 Some Providers work 4 longer days Combination of annual exams, well checks, and acute visits EMR is EPIC 16-18 patients a day Patients are all ages but leans more toward over age 65 Management of patients with Chronic Disease like Diabetes, Hypertension, Congestive heart Failure, Hyperlipidemia, and COPD Requirements of the Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner opportunity Completed Master’s Degree as PA or NP National Certification Connecticut State Medical License DEA Over one year of experience in outpatient Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Interest in Primary Care Model and managing chronic disease and acute presentations Strong note taking ability so efficiency is driven daily Perks of the Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner opportunity Base salary is $120,000-140,000 depending on number of years of experience More than 5 years of experience open to negotiation Productivity Bonus- RVU model Annual Bonus Health Insurance coverage ( 3 plans to choose from) Dental Insurance coverage Vison Insurance coverage Life Insurance Short and Long Term Disability Insurance CME- $1,500 and 5 paid days Professional dues and State License fees covered 401K 4% 10 paid holidays PTO is 23-28 days (personal, sick, and vacation) Lynda Gregg, PA 904-452-4499 linkPAs.com
