Registered Nurse (RN) | Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Location: Worcester, MA Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,790 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/4/2026 About the Position Night Shift — 3×12 hours Time: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (19:00–07:30) Responsibilities: Deliver evidence?based neonatal care following NICU protocols. Manage respiratory support systems including HFNC, CPAP, mechanical ventilation, and HFOV/JET. Perform neonatal IV therapy, central line care, blood draws, medication administration, and emergency interventions. Provide feeding support (breast/gavage), thermoregulation, developmental care, family teaching, and monitoring for neonatal conditions (RDS, NEC, sepsis, NAS). Collaborate closely with respiratory therapists, social workers, radiology, and the interdisciplinary care team. Use Epic for charting. Requirements Requirements: Current MA RN license (conditional license acceptable) 2 years Level III NICU experience EPIC experience NRP and BLS certified
