Telemetry experience ACLS certification Description: Unit Information: Number of Beds - 47 Number of Staff - 65 Day Shift Staff: 1 Charge RN/CNC, 9-10 nurses, 4 LNA, 1 Monitor Tech, 1 Secretary Night Shift Staff: 1 Charge RN/CNC, 9 nurses, 4 LNA, 1 Monitor Tech Patient Ratios: 1:4-5 on days, 1:5 on nights Type of Equipment: Alaris Pumps, Bladder Scanners, Client Chest Tube Drainage Systems, Dinamaps, Vein Finder, etc. EMR: Sunrise Patient Population: Med-surg telemetry with moderate acuity Typical Patient Types: Vascular patients, bariatric patients Typical Procedures: Not a procedural unit Best Personality Fit: Hardworking individuals Floating Area: Med-surg telemetry units Dress Code: Scrubs with no assigned color Weekends: Every other weekend Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS MS Tele Pharmacology Skills Checklist Specialty Exam
