Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiac Catheterization Lab Location: Nashua, NH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,268 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiac Catheterization Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (07:30 - 16:00) Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred 1-3 years in busy interventional cath lab License: New Hampshire Licensure Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, Graduate from accredited school Must-Have: - Ability to circulate elective and emergent cardiac catheterization and PCI procedures - Experience providing conscious sedation and telemetry monitoring Description: The Invasive Cardiology Nurse provides care to patients of all age groups with various cardiac abnormalities. He/She assesses and evaluates patients and their families collaboratively. He/She demonstrates accountability for nursing care decisions. He/She identifies, facilitates, and evaluates nursing care outcomes for individual or groups of patients utilizing the nursing process. He/She coordinates all aspects of interventional cardiology procedures and provides technical and medical expertise to medical staff. He/She documents all relevant patient information according to established documentation standards. The Invasive Cardiology Nurse works under general supervision and is accountable for nursing practice. The patient diagnoses include routine left and right heart catheterizations, PCI, STEMI patients, device implants, IABP, and Impella. Occasional simple electrophysiology studies and ablations may also be performed. There is potential to engage in cardiac stress testing if desired. The unit typically has 3-4 staff plus one doctor in the procedure room. More staff is available outside the procedure room for additional services like TEE/CV and stress testing. He/She is not responsible for pre and post-procedure care. The required equipment includes GE Mac Lab, EPIC, IABP, and Impella.
