Job Description:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality
patient care in a variety of acute settings across Central and
Southern Delaware. Deliver personalized nursing care, develop
patient-centered care plans, and educate patients and families.
Administer medications, perform wound care, and interpret patient
data to inform treatment decisions. Collaborate with physicians,
supervise unlicensed staff, and ensure documentation accuracy.
Maintain confidentiality, adhere to safety standards, and
participate in quality improvement initiatives. Requires a nursing
diploma, RN license, BLS certification, and relevant experience;
ACLS/PALS may be needed. Full-time position with flexible shifts,
offering a competitive hourly rate ($36.17 - $56.06) and
