We are passionate about transforming ideas into results by negotiating, organizing, and understanding the digital marketing and technology landscape.We are seeking a Vice President, Director in Project Management-a digital producer passionate about collaboration, creative processes, and emerging technologies to produce exceptional interactive experiences for our clients. Responsibilities include creating digital experiences, managing campaigns, digital activations, eCommerce, CRM programs, and branded content. You will develop and execute plans, supervise project managers, oversee large programs or accounts, and demonstrate leadership, proactivity, and technological enthusiasm.ResponsibilitiesAs a Vice President, Director, you will:

• Lead cross-disciplinary teams to deliver business value
• Track, monitor, and scope programs and activities
• Define and improve processes while coaching teams
• Lead account planning sessions
• Keep stakeholders informed of program status
• Participate in new business RFI/RFP processes
• Contribute to capability models
• Deliver presentations and lead trainings
• Manage and mentor project teams, setting career goals
• Ensure team compliance with standards and professionalism
• Participate in recruiting and staffing
• Attend training and continuing educationDay-to-day responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing large accounts or programs
  • Problem-solving and risk mitigation
  • Aligning staffing with business needs
  • Establishing best practices with clients
  • Providing constructive feedback and development plans
  • Engaging in daily learning experiencesQualificationsIdeal candidates will have:
    • A four-year degree
    • 10-12 years of Project Management, Marketing, or related experience
    • Experience managing large projects and programs
    • PMP and/or CSM Certification (or willingness to obtain)
    • Knowledge of enterprise tools (JIRA, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, Trello)You are the right fit if you:
