DescriptionMy client, a Public Biotech located in the Boston area is looking to hire an Associate Director of Accounting to join their team. The Associate Director of Accounting will report to the Controller and handle all things accounting related other than the SEC Reporting. Compensation for this position is $175-180K + 20% Bonus + Options. This company is doing well, has a cash runway through 2028, offers a 100% remote arrangement but they do have an office so hybrid etc is available, they are an entrepreneurial type of company, they offer a lot of growth potential and a whole lot more!Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related
• 8+ years of Public/Private Accounting experience
• Must have Top 10 Public Accounting Firm experience
• Must have CPA
• Must have Life Sciences experience
• Equity experience a plus
