Job Description:

Cumberland Farms, affectionately known by our customers as 'Cumby's,' seeks a dedicated General Maintenance Technician to maintain the functionality and safety of our facilities. This position requires a proactive and diligent individual to manage repairs and improve conditions across various store locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all locations uphold our high standards for safety and customer satisfaction, contributing to the smooth operation of every aspect of our store environments. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing to ensure they are operational. Respond promptly to service requests and safety issues identified by store personnel or customers. Manage repairs and coordinate with external contractors when specialized interventions are required. Maintain accurate logs of maintenance routines and repairs conducted. Support store openings, renovations, and closing projects as needed. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes. Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance 401k Certification in HVAC or electrical systems is preferred. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between store locations.
