* Updating anti-virus software definitions for Windows server and workstation
* Fundamental user maintenance activities on both Windows and Linux operating systems Basic Qualifications:--- SECRET-level clearance
* Typically requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with relevant experience who can immediately contribute at this job step; or equivalent combination of related education and work experience.
* Working knowledge of server and client operating systems(Win10/11, Srv2016+, RHEL, Ubuntu Linux)
* Fundamental understanding of lab IT architecture
* Fundamental understanding of system administration, network, and operating system hardening techniques.
* Fundamental understanding of operating system command-line tools.
* Ability to interface with customers and provide a high level of customer service.
* Ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
* This position has an on-site requirement of 5 days a week on-sitePreferred Qualifications:--- Security+ Certification / 8570 Certification - IAT Level II
* Must possess certification within 6-months of hire date.
